8km (5 miles) with 320m (1,050ft) of climb, out from Hathersage and up onto the edge.
Pre-entry only. No places are available on the night.
£20 for the race, dinner and talk. £8 for the race only.
Minimum age is 18 on the day of the race. There is no junior race, and teams are not permitted.
The race has a permit and associated UK Athletics insurance from the FRA.
A head torch and full FRA Best Practice kit must be carried by everyone taking part.
Stay on afterwards for a "pie and pea" supper and a fascinating talk from a very special guest.
Supper and the talk are included in the £20 ticket.
